How would you respond to this?

ok i have a friend who keeps telling me over and over again about how ugly she is and that shes never gonna get a boyfriend and nobody likes her and bla bla bla stuff like and shes really beautiful so idk where she got the ugly part from and shes had three boyfriends in the past couple of months and she said the only reason why they dated her is cause they were blind and didnt know what they were dating and im like ok whatever and just like....i keep telling her that shes not ugly and people do like her just shes not realizing it cause she doesnt want to so what do i say to her now any gooood ideas that would really help? thank you so so so much!!
