I need help remembering this song?

I saw this video on youtube and cant remember the name of the song or the artist. Ok so what i can remember from the video was the guy was singing and a truck like a UPS truck or something pulls up and these guys all dressed in black kidnap him, but it turns out the kidnappers are his friends and they are helping him get away from the cops or something and that all i can remember but theirs also a part with a girl in a bikini on a boat but thats it. Am also about 80% sure its a rap song. So thats it and if anyone can help be that would be great.
