HELP Please Bifurcation signed 02/04/11 while I nor my lawyer showed up court had?

I have numerous medical problems that i cant work, mental problems so bad last time i put myself in they just put me on 12 medicine to get me gone for insurance company. My x wants me dead and so far its working. he was ordered to pay all bills also give me 1000.00 a month, he is not and he canceled my insurance car and medical, even though he knows i am facing a third brain surgery. The judge in this case thinks i was holing up divorce, I had no income to pay $100.00 hour fee to mediator. So I put myself in for mental help, knew I had court in seven days and thought my lawyer would show, People in hospital talked to court they said fax a letter explaining they wont release me in time for court also my ex-husbands lawyer with in 72 hours before court asking for a continuance, but his counsel is good judge ordered bifurcation me to pay his lawyer fees $34,000 plus. His temporary rulings still stand. I got to live in our fifth wheel trailer pay bills from my corp. he is running. so with being very sick how can I get a settlement. He took the trailer i was awarded still not paying and has possession of all material assets boats horses ATV home and is using my check book like crazy. Police are his friend so they won't help me with any court order to get back a place to live I have no $$ for lawyer and just want enough to survive. Is there help for mentally ill people or any ideas
