How do you beat the jungle level in Epic Mickey?

this is the one where you have to defeat the pirate guy and collect all the red jewels. i have one more left to find but i cant find it! i have gotten the one on the boat, above the enterance, by the thing that blows up and by the guy that u talk to and gives u quests WHERE IS THE OTHER ONE???????????????????????
