Can a 05-07 ford escape hybrid tow an atv?

Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone here knows if an 05-07 ford escape hybrid could tow an atv trailer with a single atv on it? I know they don't have a lot of power but would i be able to make it up hills towing an atv? As a separate question how about a small 16-18 foot power boat? The boats not a huge deal the atv however is. Thanks in advance!
