I am trying to pick a prop for my boat?

it is a 1976 22' mako center console, with a Ford 302 Volvo Penta stern drive with a single prop. I want to get a high tech SS prop to maximize top speed, without sacrificing hole shot and fuel economy. I like the Mercury props. when I go through their site it is difficult to understand which might be best . what would you recommend? thanks, Steve
