What do I need to do (anything from motor to body) to make my 96 Honda Accord LX a little 4 cyl beast?

My goal is to have the best tuner in my county. Vehicles are a very big part of the city I live in, more specifically diesels and muscle. Me and my friend are looking to get tuners into the mix. I am considering gettin a K20 engine but I do not know what to do past that. Help?
